Product Technology
The first function of FOOTDISC is to stabilize the heel
In recent years, a growing number of research reports have shown that shoe design plays a crucial role in heel positioning. Therefore, the design of FOOTDISC insoles prioritizes heel stability and coverage. Its technology, called AUTO FIT, prioritizes heel support and is explained in the following three key points:
![]() | AutoheelReinforced heel shock absorptionThe accumulation of heel bones and heel fat has the best shock absorption ability. FOOTDISC strengthens the coverage and protection to stabilize the heel and prevent fat from dispersing, allowing your heel to maximize its shock absorption ability. Stable heel positioningThe design of stable heel positioning is to avoid injuries caused by improper speed and movement. FOOTDISC is based on different arches and leg cross-shaped judgments to achieve customized heel positioning. Play the role of heelAn insole that is too hard or lacks elasticity will prevent your heel, forefoot, and shoe from becoming one, and from exerting their proper dynamic control, stability, and shock absorption performance. The elastic covering and three-dimensional cutting of FOOTDISC are the thoughtful features that we focus on in our design. |
3D arch design
The patented 3D arch design adapts to various arch structures. Its unique rebound coefficient simulates the real arch, leveraging foot biomechanics to guide and drive correct dynamic foot movement, redistribute foot pressure, and reduce sports injuries. Unlike conventional rigid arch supports, which completely block the arch's function and may even cause secondary injury, FOOTDISC categorizes the arch into four types, providing more precise control over the support and shock absorption provided by each arch.
Three-layer lightweight material
DryTrek's unique fabric weave reduces friction during side-to-side movement, preventing blisters. The Freeflex memory foam shock-absorbing mid-layer deodorizes, prevents bacteria, and helps wick away perspiration. The memory foam cushion molds to your foot for increased comfort over time. The perforated rubber EVA bottom layer ensures air circulation and provides excellent overall shock absorption.
Strengthen the forefoot shock absorption
The second and third metatarsal bones (METARSAL CUSHIONING) require more shock absorption to prevent hallux valgus and forefoot pathology. With the shock absorber, the forefoot can get more shock absorption, especially during intense sports such as running, long jump, tennis, etc. FOOTDISC uses Poron®, which is currently the preferred shock absorption material.
