Processing Time

We aims to process every order within 10-15 days from the date received by our chosen carrier. Kindly note that we do not ship orders during weekends and holidays. Delays may happen specifically during holidays, weekends, or special promotional periods when a high volume of orders are received. If a significant delay is inevitable, we will contact you via email.

Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) is sent out to the email address on file. The tracking details are active within 24 hours, allowing transparent monitoring of your package as it’s in transit.

Damages

While we take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, ALINE cannot be held liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping without insurance. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. Be advised that you will need to save all packaging material and damaged merchandise to be inspected by the shipping carrier as part of your filed claim.
